Whilst we see mindset as the foundation, a holistic approach means we understand there's a bigger picture. Therefore, our holistic approach includes looking at key pillars of health and wellness and how they interact including nutrition, stress management, sleep and connections. In performance psychology, these areas align with working towards peak performance.

As a speaker and facilitator, Sarah is known for her science-backed approach. She regularly presents on behaviour change, mindset, leadership wellbeing and sustainable performance, encouraging audiences to think differently and take action that leads to meaningful results.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), a Master of Coaching Psychology, a Master of Lifestyle Medicine, a Graduate Certificate on Management and has additional qualifications in Food and Nutrition Coaching and Holistic Wellness Coaching.
